Think of Stress in a Positive Way

When stress is starting to overwhelm you, pause and take a deep breath.

Think about what’s causing the stress and reframe it a positive light.

Keep thinking about these positive associations and allow them to restore your calm and balance.

Challenge yourself to reframe your thoughts at least once a day for the next 7 days.
