Speaker Bio

With over 13 years combined experience with people with mental health disorders, acquired and congenital brain defects, youth in the criminal justice system, and developmental disabilities, as well as, serving Older Adults, child welfare, and family law populations, I know how to leverage my knowledge, skills, and the Best Practices of my field to provide quality service to my clients.

Over the course of my life, I've had many blessings, one of which is the innate ability to see the positive in people and help them to build on their strengths to achieve their goals. From this, my other personal characteristics, skills, and talents become apparent, to include leading by example, individual and community engagement, conflict mediation and resolution, and employing strengths-based and solution-focused therapeutic practices.

I'm the founder of MindBloom with Madison, which focuses on stress management and wellness coaching and consulting, and I have given trainings to Southern California's Riverside County's Department of Public Social Services. I aim to work with individuals to educate, empower, and provide practical ways to manage stress and help companies and organizations to implement practices to decrease employee burnout and turnover rates while improving retention, service delivery, and employee productivity.

As a professional, I am committed to serving my community and helping others improve their lives.
